Welcome to iPTV Player + (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App (including on Apple TV / tvOS), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

iPTV Player + is a media player application that allows you to watch live TV, movies, and series using your own IPTV or M3U playlist credentials. The App does not provide or host any TV or video content; it only plays streams from services you have signed up for separately.

2. Your Responsibility for Content and Access

You are solely responsible for:

Obtaining and maintaining valid access to any IPTV or streaming service you use with the App.
Ensuring that your use of such services and the content you watch complies with all applicable laws and the terms of those services.
Keeping your login credentials secure. We do not store your IPTV passwords on our servers.

We do not endorse, control, or guarantee the legality, quality, or availability of any third‑party content or service. Use of the App to access unauthorized or pirated content is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Violate any law or third‑party rights.
Distribute malware, abuse networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or any content accessed through it in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.

4. Account and Data

Features such as favorites, watch history, and progress may be stored on your device and, if you enable it, synced via iCloud. You are responsible for your device and account security. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Premium and In‑App Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or one‑time purchase. Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds and cancellations are subject to Apple’s policies. We do not guarantee specific features for any particular length of time; we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Third‑Party Services

The App may use third‑party services (e.g. for metadata, trailers, or analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third‑party services.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, directors, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising from your use or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred (100) USD, whichever is less.

9. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Material changes may be communicated in the App or by other reasonable means.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access or the availability of the App or certain features if we believe you have violated these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
